Turnaround Times

As all our items are handmade by me (one person!) turn around times do vary. We aim to have all orders completed within 2 weeks, usually sooner. This does not include shipping times.
If you require your item before a specific date, please contact us first so we can help to expedite your order.
Turnaround times are subject to change without notice.

All our items are via either Australia Post
Keychains ~ $4 posted
Small Parcels ~ $9
Medium Parcels ~ $10.95

Return and Refunds

In accordance with you rights set out by the ACCC, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or where products have been used in a way there were not intended.
If there is an issue with your item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If it is deemed there is a fault, either a replacement or repair will be organised. If requested your faulty item must be returned to us.

Product Safety

Please note our wall hangings and other items are not a toy. Please keep out of reach of children.
We recommend using Command 3M Hooks for our wall hangings. Please follow the instructions on the packet to ensure the product is secured properly and out of reach of children.

Our accessories can contain small parts, parental supervision is recommended at all times.
Our accessories are suitable for ages 3+.

Handmade

As all our items are handmade each accessory, rainbow and wall hanging is unique and individual. Every effort is made to make our items as close to the provided measurements listed however please do allow for variances.
We pride ourselves in our work however as these items are all handmade they are perfectly imperfect, each item is unique and individual in their own way and not classed as faulty.
